If you want a "myname.com" domain, you won't get it for free. Now if you don't mind using a subdomain ("myname.domain.com"), then you can use many, like Wix, Weebly, or Blogger. If you just want a blog, then you can also use Tumblr, Wordpress.com, Medium, and others. (I personally recommend you don't use Blogger, it's slow and difficult to use.)
